Richie Benedetto started out watching his great uncle Dave build houses for his mother and father at the young age of 7 in New Haven, CT. His passion for creating and building grew by leaps and bounds and by his teen years, he knew he wanted to follow in the footsteps of great uncle Dave. He quickly began building homes, and relationships that would last 4 decades.

Rich began re-building and remodeling custom projects soon after establishing the company by client request. Within several years time, he became a very sought after name within that niche specifically, in New Haven county.

His leadership, vision and work ethic are the pillars of the company, and he is most proud of the fact that since 1978, no customer’s request has ever gone unfulfilled.

Rich still personally hires and qualifies all staff and contractors, and is a gifted communicator. “The best feeling, in all my years and experience, is seeing the client’s vision come to life in the physical. No matter how large or small the scale of the job is, I always see, love and recognize the same look when it is completed above expectation.”
